Cancellation conditions

The following costs apply for group courses: 

• 0% – for cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the course
• 10% – of the course price for cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the course
• 35% – of the course price for cancellations made up to 1 day before, at the latest by 4 p.m
• 100% – of the course price for cancellations after 4 p.m., 1 day before

For private lessons:

• 0% – Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the lesson
• 10% – Cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the lesson
• 50% – Cancellations made up to 1 day before, at the latest by 12 p.m
• 100% – Cancellations the day before after 12 p.m

The course ticket is not transferable; winter sports can lead to injuries.
No liability is accepted for accidents. In the event of events that are beyond the control of the Neustift Olympia ski school, no refund will be made (e.g. accident, early departure, standstill of the lifts).

No liability for loss or damage to equipment.
The Neustift Olympia ski school reserves the right to make any price or program changes.
The terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

Content of the online offer

The ski school assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the ski school that relate to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded, unless there is evidence of intentional or grossly negligent behavior on the part of the ski school Fault exists.

Booking and reservations for ski and snowboard courses

The use of the lifts is not included in the ski course fee. The ski school will not provide any compensation for lesson times lost due to cable car and lift failures.

Processing fee:

In the event of a cancellation and transfer back to the customer account, a processing fee of € 5.00 will be charged in addition to the cancellation fees.

Place of jurisdiction, place of performance and choice of law

The place of performance is the central location of the ski school. The court responsible for the location of the central branch of the ski school is responsible for disputes. Austrian law applies. The contract language is German.
